Toda matéria é constituída por elétrons e núcleos atômicos – são eles que dão origem a átomos e moléculas. Os núcleos  porem, só agem com a ação das interações, transformações, energias, fenômenos e conforme o sistema decadimensional e categorial Graceli, e outros, 

mesmo as forças fraca, forte, eletromagnética, gravitacional vai ser produzidas e depender do sistema decadimensional e categorial Graceli.
